“Update: I have gone several times since this review and always good. Tonight I also had the pulled pork again. I do have to take back what I said below as the sandwich was so full of meat the person making it had trouble wrapping it. Went here for the first time on a Thursday at about 6:30pm and got a take out order. A nice large clean feel to interior and brightly lit. We got the sesame ginger dressing for a salad and my wife loved it as it was tasty. The seafood gumbo was good and thick. The zuppa is similar to the creamy Italian soups and was quite good. The pulled pork was good and sweet but could maybe use a little more meat and slaw on the bun to look similar to the picture. Will definitely come back, a lot.”

“Brian and Joshua were an absolute pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. We drove 3.5 hours to purchase a cargo trailer to find out Brian had just finished detailing it because he couldn't fathom selling something that was dirty. Speaks volumes to his character. In addition to a couple small hiccups in the purchasing process on my part, Brian and Joshua were cordial and understanding. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the entire experience and he knows I wouldn't hesitate to take the 6 hour round trip to purchase from them again.”

“Sometime last week I called First State Bank to get general information about checks for my small business. I spoke to Jen Vestul. This wonderful lady was SO friendly, professional, PATIENT (lord knows I cannot always quickly process information in my little brain, then I ask too many questions 😅), and caring. Jen helped me by answering ALL of my questions, she ordered my checks for me while on the phone, AND hooked me up with a discount! This call did last a long time, BUT she never lost her patience with me or my 4 year old (who needed her momma while on the phone). At the end, I was so happy and satisfied for Jen's attention towards me and happy to know my checks were on the way! This comment would not be complete without mentioning Carol Dickenson and Hailey Irelan. Sometime this week Carol (and Jen) called me to let me know my check order did not go through, Carol let me know they solved my issue and my checks would arrive at a speedier delivery! Like wow! I was very impressed to know they even noticed that and fixed my issue! Yet, they took the time to call me to simply inform me. Hailey Irelan went far and beyond when I called to request for Jen's full name, because I wanted to put Jen on the spotlight for this week's Employee Appreciation Week! Believe me, sounds easy but it was not lol. I sincerely apologize for making this comment so long, but I truly believe all these wonderful ladies deserve to be placed on the spotlight! First State Bank has some AMAZING and caring staff! Thank you!”

“Hardings is a great hometown store that's been here for as long as I can remember. They have both a hot and cold deli as well as a bakery. Their meat is always good and fresh. To make it while though you have to shop the sales. Nice store hours for a small town”

“Their work is top notch. My grief is their guys don't distill much confidence and they make me feel like a cow. (Trying to milk me) As a man working 80+ hours a week I need to trust they know what they're doing and aren't trying to dupe me. These new guys at the new store have tarnished their reputation from my perspective. I've been going to them since the first store 7 years ago and their work has always been flawless. Until recently I had to trust my gut and go elsewhere. Poor communication, missing etas, poor customer service, giving off strong milkman vibes. End result still flawless but I just don't have the time to babysit. Make economy great again!”
