Their work is top notch. My grief is their guys don't distill much confidence and they make me feel like a cow. (Trying to milk me) As a man working 80+ hours a week I need to trust they know what they're doing and aren't trying to dupe me. These new guys at the new store have tarnished their reputation from my perspective. I've been going to them since the first store 7 years ago and their work has always been flawless. Until recently I had to trust my gut and go elsewhere. Poor communication, missing etas, poor customer service, giving off strong milkman vibes. End result still flawless but I just don't have the time to babysit. Make economy great again!

I called them two days before and the price they gave me on the phone was the same price i paid when i got there. The service was fast and they didn't prolong what needed to be done. I was in and out in 10 minutes. And i got a headlight changed with no appointment.

I must have called at least 8 auto repair shops and only Economy Auto Repair & Tires offered same day State Inspection. After State Inspection, they pointed out that my brake pad was very thin and wouldn't pass inspection and offered to repair for a reasonable price. They did mark up the brake parts as all auto shops do. They did an outstanding job while I was waiting. Even cleaned and repaired a scratch I made on the front bumper! The price was reasonable, and the service was outstanding! Definitely will go back for future repairs.

I am not sure why people are saying anything bad at all about this Post Office employees?!? Very nice, professional people. Fun to do business with! Especially Tia—she is such a sweetheart 😁😍👍❤️
