“It is scary to entrust a family heirloom, especially a Steinway built in 1899, to be restored. Chupp’s was very patient with me, as I checked references and asked lots of poignant questions. As a professional pianist, I wanted a great instrument that could be used, not a show piece. Chupp’s far exceeded my expectations. The finish was restored to its original mahogany, which is stunning.
