“Over all the store is a pretty good place. There's definitely room for improvement as with anywhere. Melinda is a great manager to work for. She definitely deserves a major raise for how much she is willing to do for the company. She definitely needs more freedom on choosing her team that she would work best with since she is always trying to take care of her people so she definitely deserves employees who will do the same. Missy has made major improvements and great strides these past months. I hope she continues the great work and earns a ton of raises as a result. Ashley is a great worker. She always tries to be a team player and learn more about the store and company so she can be a great asset for the store.
