(December 16, 2018, 8:23 pm)I came to the store after having a difficult experience at another established, long standing local jewelry store on getting an engagement ring resized. I bought an engagement ring from an online store. We got to the store and met Brandon, who was a very helpful and friendly guy. He was honest about pricing and knowledgeable when it came to our inquiries. He deserves nothing but the highest of praises. His work was impressive and finished within 40 minutes while we walked around the store. Thanks Brandon!
(July 18, 2017, 11:49 pm)Had such a great experience here with the associate named Brandon. This guy knew his stuff. Knew my ring size just by looking at my hand. Cleaned up an old family ring for me and gave me tons of great advice for what I could add to it and whatnot. Top notch customer service. I what I thought was going to be a a hassle turned out I to be a win. I'll be back here for all things jewelry as long as that Brandon guy is still there.
(May 9, 2017, 6:58 pm)Left my engagement ring and wedding band to get them sized and have them soldered together. The lady that works there was very cheerful and knowledgeable. She reassured me that my inscription on my band would be ok. I was quoted a price, and told that it would be ready the next day about 4pm, but they would call if sooner. I walked in about 5:30, and my rings were finished. The gentleman did a great job. They fit perfect, and he soldered them together the way I wanted them, but didn't think it was possible. My quirky engraving was saved, and it was the price quoted, no surprises.Oh, and they did try to call, but I had given them my cell, and I live in the country with not so reliable service. I will use them again...
