“Eric was phenomenal. Went above and beyond to take care of me as I was unfamiliar with the juice selections. He pointed my toward the perfect juice and I’m loving every hit. Now the store. Cleanest store I’ve ever been into. Cleaner than some of the lounges and a very welcoming atmosphere!”

“What a wonder this building was able to be rehabilitated by Ray and the City of New Albany. My hats off to Ray for taking on such a challenge. It's great to see things in New Albany going in a positive way. The art done by Mr. Kleinhelter is amazing and everyone should stop and check out his next exhibit.”

“I like this store alot. They are doing a good job. They moved alot of stuff which takes getting used to but it's not bad. They are trying to keep things stocked and they try thier best to have baggers bag your groceries. Sometimes there isn't enough people to bag but it's ok and the cashiers will help you. Way better than walmart as far as grocery shopping. I also really love the store brand simple truth and organic items. I like clean eating and hope they get even more products without a bunch of unnecessary bad ingredients.”

“I have gone to You-nique Salon & Spa several times. This last time was for my wedding day and they did a FANTASTIC job! We had schedule with another nail salon to do our nails but they told us the night we got there that they were overbooked and couldn't do our nails. So I was in tears, calling and begging every place I could in the early morning to get our nails done. Then I was able to talk to Cindy at You-Nique Salon & Spa. She got my bridesmaids and myself in and got us going. Brian did my pedi and it was beautiful! I had asked him to do a french tip and put a little silver line under the tip so my toes would pop. He did a double french tip with this beautiful silver color and it was perfect!! Brian was also in charge of 2 of my bridesmaids hair. Both of them looked absolutely stunning and loved their hair. One had really long hair that he pulled back and put in curls. The other had shorter hair that he pulled up to the top of her head and curled. Both of them stayed all night long and looked great!! Diane did my maid of honor's hair and the make-up of all my girls. My sister (My MOH) loved her hair and wanted it to be her new style and EVERYONE loved her make-up. They looked absolutely amazing!! LaTonya took care of my hair and make-up and it was amazing! When my husband saw me for the first time, he broke down in tears and said I looked like a goddess! The group was just absolutely fantastic. They put up with us being unorganized (we had a bridesmaid show up late) and with last minute requests (the pedis, eye brow waxes, and lunch break). Through the whole time, Cindy and her team took great care of us, were very professional and friendly! They even laughed and joked with us on several occasions! I am so happy I went to them and I will certainly be coming back in the future!”

“Went online via google and found Dr. P. Filled out an appointment request online and then left a voice mail message around lunch the next day. I received a call back that day. I Arrived early for my appointment with my prepared registration forms. I printed them off from their website. Looking around the wait room I was leary of the practice upon arrival. Cindy was polite and cordial at the front window. She never appeared to veer from her professional demeanor. Waiting a while in the waiting room. I sat there from 2:30 to 3:45. They were running about thirty minutes behind as my appointment was at 3:15. i don’t know if this is normal. The medical assistant/nurse Kathy escorted me to an exam room and went over a few things. She was nice and genuine. She left the room. Minutes later Dr. P. Came in the exam room. He was very pleasant. He made light conversation. I left there about 4:15. I really liked him and would highly recommend him and his practice. My toe nails are healthier and on their way to being better. Thanks Dr. P. Second visit: consistently professional Follow up visits: employees Cynthia and Kathy are friendly and great. It takes characters to work at a podiatrist. My toe nail area from the ingrown toe nail removal procedure got infected. Dr. Keeps saying I need sturdier and longer shoes. i don’t want to wear big shoes like a clown. lol. Cortisol injection for heel spur pain helped for about three days. had cortisol injection done again and pain subsided now for a while. update: many many months later my toenail and toe where dr cut area to prevent future ingrown toe nail issues, finally not looking deformed. i couldn’t wear sandals because the toenail looked gross. he never got to complete the toe on the other foot. i doubt i go back for that. only if the toe nail becomes infected. the healing process on the one was painful and i was deformed for about a year. i miss seeing Kathy and Cynthia. update: returned a year later for the other toenail to be done. Dr. P not available so they scheduled me with Dr. Vessel. i got same procedure done. but on other big toe. over all not near as difficult this time with the healing process. My secret for recovery: 1. don’t listen to Cathy, 2. leave original bandage on it at least three full days. 3. take bandage off after full third day and soak toe for 15 minutes in warm salt water. 4. then keep it dry and exposed for a week in a half. meaning when not wearing work shoe with a bandage on the toe, i would take bandage off and go bare feet around my house. 5. i waited a good week in a half before getting toe wet when showering. that helped with healing! i put a disposable vinyl glove over it before showering. keep it dry! 6. after that time period, after my shower i then would it rinse it off real good, pat dry, and then put soft bandage on it before putting sock on for work. BTW: doctor office recommended soaking in warm salt water if oozing. still healing over two weeks later. Cynthia no longer part of the team although Tammy is there now. Pleasant and clean atmosphere and office is at new location. update: the toe nail area healed well although had a big bruise on the side of my toe from the procedure. The one i had done first, over a year ago, still radiates pain and discomfort from where dr P completed the procedure. dr vessel pricked toe with injections for numbing without lidocaine, which was painful although not for long. dr v reluctant on injection for my heel pain that returned. dr p has a good personality. update: i experienced severe pain in foot, called office next day, they got me in the same day i called. after x-rays, dr p explained and taped up foot real tight.”

“Randomly stumbled into this place while killing time in New Albany one Saturday afternoon. I now try to visit there every time I’m in the vicinity. My family and I have attended 3 magic shows, which are bargain-priced for the level of skill and entertainment you get. We’re always truly amazed, entertained, and sad when the show’s over. This place is a jewel in the Louisville / Southern Indians area. Cannot recommend highly enough!”

“What a blessing it is to sojourn alongside such a great group of people that aren't afraid to show that they are just normal (sometimes messy, sometimes beautiful) people. We are a group of people that are pursuing knowing, understanding and loving GOD with all that we have. We also maintain a key focus on spreading our love to our neighbors in the same way that GOD has spread his love abroad among us.”

“I have been tanning here for several years! This is the best place out of any tanning salon that I've been to or heard about! The whole staff has always been great! I've stopped in as always an a note on door says there's been a fire? Haven't heard anything else an no-one seems to know much more than I do. Anyone else know anything? Will it reopen? Soon!!??”

“This is a Floyd County treasure. Admittedly, it is somewhat of a hassle to become a member. A member must first get a county dog license. This is done with a form, proof of rabies, and proof of spay/neuter and microchip number for a life license. Since our microchip number was not registering, this took two trips and an additional fee to the chip company, Avid. Then you had to make an appointment with the Parks and Recreation Department at a different facility. At the appointment, you had to have a 30 minute in service on the rules, fill out forms, and pay the fees for each dog. We chose life licenses for both. So the fees were $105. for the first dog for life. It is a little less for each additional dog. Once those hoops were jumped, we have a glorious place to allow our dogs to swim and romp. It is a huge, very secure facility. There are water bowls, a water source, a pond for swimming, poop bags, and receptacles provided. It is an age 13 and over facility. So it is less worrisome to allow dogs off leashes, as small children are not there to make skittish dog owners worry. Our family uses the park several times a week.”

“Blake and co did the electric in my basement when we were having it finished. After the drywallers came and put the drywall up the outlets were just a little to deep to put outlet covers on. Brandon had his guys come right back over and use spacers to bring the outlets out to the correct depth. They did a great job and were very responsive.”

“I brought my mini-van in to fix some pretty significant damage on the passenger side, front bumper and back bumper. I wanted to pay for it myself without insurance getting involved. They gave me an asesome price, and my van looks brand new! They had great hours, got it fixed quickly, and were very nice. If you need auto body work, this is the place to go!”
