I keep going because I absolutely adore Brenda the receptionist. She is the sweetest person and really cares about the practice and their patients. she remembers little things about you and your family so it makes the experience personal. My husband had an unexpected procedure that ended up being quite expensive but reasonable and Brenda has went above and beyond to work with me sitting up a payment plan.
