She really took the time to listen to all of the issues that have been going on with me that some previous physicians had been ignoring. She returns phone calls immediately and really stays on top of everything. So many times, you can feel like just an unimportant patient, but not at Odyssey Primary Care. I would recommend Odyssey to EVERYONE! If you really want to be treated like you matter, then this is the place for you!!!”

“I fell and my foot began to swell and was very painful. I called Dr Preuss’s office and they were able to see me 2 hours later. I would have had to wait hours if I had gone to the ER. I was seen by his daughter, Dr Ann Carol Preuss. She was very kind and professional. Thankfully X-rays did not show any breaks, just torn ligaments and bruising. She wrapped me in a soft cast and boot and I already feel much better with ice and anti-inflammatory meds. The staff is great, too!”

I am a new patient and she had definitely done her homework on me she knew my medical history and found a very important health concern that needed attention asap that was missed by my other provider. “Great service that starts before the day of appointment. Received reminders of the appointment coming up and received reminder to verify insurance coverage. Arrived 10 before appointment and within 5 minutes I was asked to enter the exam room. I had the same dental tech review my status as far as how I'm doing and asked if I had problems with my teeth. She started the checking and cleaning my teeth and stopped to wash my teeth and give me a chance swallow as I needed. Very good service and gentle. Ron was quick to come and review my chart and exam the status of my teeth. Asked me the appropriate questions and concerns about my teeth. I am very pleased and feel that I'm coming to the right dental office by all means! Thank you Ron and the staff you have assisting all the patients. Highly recommend!”
