“Originally, I was going to leave a bad review here, but by the time I got through the drive through line my opinion was entirely changed. You can’t go in to buy donuts, it is drive-through only. Be prepared to wait a bit. When I finally got to the window I was immediately told we don’t have an assortment. I was still able to get a dozen of puffs, longjohns, and some other random donuts (which in my opinion meets the criteria of an assortment). Because of the wait and “limited” options they threw in several free donuts and a free large coffee. Even though I was very happy with what they ended up having they were very apologetic and the customer service was top-notch. Best of all, the donuts were absolutely amazing. Some of the best I’ve had in the entire state. I probably wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re in a rush and have a very specific donut that you want in mind, but if you’re open to variety and willing to wait a bit this place is perfect. I would definitely go again.”

“New to the area (Fairmount to be exact) this Marion location is my new Starbucks and I just felt obligated to leave some good stuff when it's well deserved! First, I have never been to a Starbucks anywhwere in the U.S. (I been to a lot of them.. we traveled a lot & owned semi trucks so we also worked cross country) that has been this active/friendly & lively! The baristas get to know people personally, remembering who they are, they also talk to customers while still working their butts off which makes this whole location so full of life and smiles..It's so nice to see and a rare commodity these days. I will also throw in that in all the times I have been here, never once has my order been wrong, or had any sort of issue..Now when I go, its normally my 3 kids with me that are like every other child, obsessed with tiktok..You know what that means..Try this drink, try that drink lol (i want the pink rhino with sprinkles and glitter with a unicorn flying by haha) and never once has anyone here ever declined ..That makes the kids feel so special!! You Always make their day as well..So thank you to all you hard workers, it is greatly appreciated 😊”
