Webb's Furniture

Myparents purchased a loveseat and recliner less than a year ago. The recliner fabric is coming apart. Sewed the side where it was developing a hole. It is now developing a hole in the lower seat. Called and indicated displeasure with the poor quality of the recliner and was told someone would contact them. No one did. Wrote Webb Furniture an email indicating the chair should have still been under warranty as it was defective. No one responded to the email. Webb Furniture used to be a reputable company selling quality furniture. I have come to the conclusion they are now selling junk furniture and obviously don’t stand behind the products they sell nor believe in customer service.

UPDATE:
My parents were finally contacted by Webb Furniture representative. They agreed the recliner material was defective and offered to have it completely reupholstered or have them come back to the store and they would work with them. They chose to pick out another recliner as they would not even consider another Ashley made recliner. The company gave them a fair allowance towards the purchase of a higher caliber recliner of which they are completely happy with. Issue resolved.

Purchased a lift chair that was supposed to be delivered the next day. When it wasn't delivered, I sent a text to one of the owners shortly after they closed. He responded right away, apologized for the mix up (he wrote it on the schedule for the wrong day) and he and one of his delivery guys delivered the chair to the nursing home that night, after hours. They went above and beyond to make things right and I really appreciate that service. I would highly recommend this business

I bought a living room couch, love seat and recliner. First time I shopped at Webb's. I was very pleased with the quality of furniture and the service from this company. The owner was very helpful and I will continue to buy from them.

Webb's are great people to deal with .Quality furniture at a great price and free delivery on top of it all. They gave me a price break without me asking for it .
