“Myparents purchased a loveseat and recliner less than a year ago. The recliner fabric is coming apart. Sewed the side where it was developing a hole. It is now developing a hole in the lower seat. Called and indicated displeasure with the poor quality of the recliner and was told someone would contact them. No one did. Wrote Webb Furniture an email indicating the chair should have still been under warranty as it was defective. No one responded to the email. Webb Furniture used to be a reputable company selling quality furniture. I have come to the conclusion they are now selling junk furniture and obviously don’t stand behind the products they sell nor believe in customer service. UPDATE: My parents were finally contacted by Webb Furniture representative. They agreed the recliner material was defective and offered to have it completely reupholstered or have them come back to the store and they would work with them. They chose to pick out another recliner as they would not even consider another Ashley made recliner. The company gave them a fair allowance towards the purchase of a higher caliber recliner of which they are completely happy with. Issue resolved.”
