Sunrise on the Monon Apartments

It's great living here. The location is close to everything including Monon Trail, Mall, Broad Ripple, the Vogue, and more. The staff is always helpful, and it is very comfy. Love it!

I have absolutely loved living at Sunrise! I have spent 3 years living at Sunrise and if I weren’t relocating out of state, would have renewed my lease again. The location, apartments, attached garages, easy access to the Monon Trail and management really made living here feel like home. The apartments themselves are very modern, in excellent condition and feel more like a house/townhome than an apartment. The attached garage is an added bonus! Management is attentive, responsive and all maintenance requests are addressed quickly. The neighborhood is very dog friendly and the grounds are well maintained and clean. Highly recommend!

I had an enjoyable living experience at Sunrise on the Monon. It's a very safe area located right between North Indy and Carmel. Super easy access to the interstate and Monon Trail. The maintenance team was always timely/helpful/proactive. I also appreciated the diverse mix of older and younger people in the neighborhood.

Great experience here. The staff was very helpful moving in, and the apartment was clean and beautiful.
