“Friendly customer service. Called two days before i had expected my laptop to be ready. Not only did they identify and replace my hard drive as needed, but they bumped it up from a 500gb to a 1tb. They also gave me an extra laptop charger when i came to pick it up. Granted it was a $100 repair but the small additions were nice touches. Would come back if i needed any other repairs done”

“Great store and staff! The biggest around. Super disappointed they no longer have the food court but at least the do still offer that great cheese at the deli and a pack of frozen pretzels is only a few bucks! They get a ton of traffic but it always seem like they are trying their best to clean up behind said traffic. Good job for a store that size! They are always offering great coupons on their app too!”
