“Olivia is very professional. She provides very good analysis and explanations. She show that she is interested in my overall health. She asks about other aspects of my overall health that are not T1D related. She gives positive and honest feedback. I feel very comfortable with her helping me manage my T1D.”

“Zionsville Pure Barre is absolutely AMAZING! There is SO much to love about this studio! Every workout is unique and challenging so you never get bored. Jess, the owner is the greatest! The staff is top rate, friendly and kind. The instructors are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and they push you to do your best. But my favorite part of this studio is the community of women, they are all supportive and encouraging. I cherish the friendships I have made through pure barre...it’s just an amazing group of woman!”

“Long review... short version they are awesome, helpful and knew exactly what was needed. 2/1/2021- went from Texas to Indianapolis to have eye surgery. I have full on panic attacks when wearing mask (so I don't) however the dr wouldn't do my surgery without the mask, I had to find a way to calm me down. I explained to the guy working, my issues he suggested relief/relax highest MG and it actually worked. I still couldn't tie the mask fully and was still freaking out but I was able to get it over my nose area enough the dr could check my eyes. (Each time I went I'd dose up good and it work enough to get me through it.) I want to sleep when I take it so I make sure my husband is with me. While talking to the gentleman, I mentioned my mom had horrible hand and leg cramps he said the oil might help, I mentioned I was having severe back pain from the hotel bed (oil might help), then he said the words we have a client that uses this hemp oil to help her sleep at night.... Hemp Balm Elixinol... this stuff is full on the BEST we got back to the motel and my husband said try that on your back and see... OK. Within 10 minutes I was knocked out pain free (I didn't sleep the night before due to the pain). I woke up refreshed. When we got home, shared with mom and it helped the hand cramps (not foot). For me things it has worked on: sore throat (rubbed on my throat), Charlie horse, deep bruise from yard clippers with huge knot, headache (rubbed across my forehead) any pain I rub a little on it. 3/27/21 I waited to see if this stuff really worked to do a proper review. This stuff is a gift from the Lord, it has helped me so much and a little goes a very long way, I use the Hemp Balm for some ache, pain or getting to sleep weekly and cbd only when going to eye Dr since he and I have to be nose to nose (and he's scared). Without the gentleman's knowledge and help I'd still be in pain for many things. Suggestions they should but a tag on the box with the name and phone number so folks like me can find and order easier. (Half blind and old folks need help. Lol)”

“Mindful and Modern have been such a blessing to our family!! We are so happy we found this Montessori school...”

“Strengths: -Teachers: The head teachers all have degrees in the field in addition to their Montessori training. The support teachers have advanced training as well. They know each child's academic strengths and weaknesses as well as their personal ones, and individualize their teaching styles. There is extremely low turnover of the faculty and staff. Even the subs know my children and their interests and hobbies. My children are safe and loved when I'm away. Most teachers are bilingual, as are many children. -Curriculum: The curriculum is common to Montessori schools, and is adapted to the child. It respects the child as a whole person and allows them to develop self discipline, curiosity, and skills in addition to mastering typical topics. This school is special in that it has a music/dance/yoga/art curriculum in addition to the unusual. The school meets all the requirements for certification (I asked and looked it up too), but chooses to use the cost of the certification for a big summer project each year for the kids. Expect optional field trips, extended care, and wrap around care for some breaks and holidays. -Building: The building is nice; big rooms with natural light and separate doors for outside in each class. There are sinks and potties for the children, with a flow between rooms for exchange of children and activities if needed. Meets highest safety standards (certificate in the window). There is a washer and dryer, so you aren't responsible for your kid's sleeping stuff and extra clothes each weekend. People: The other parents who come here are all committed, passionate, interesting people. Having school friends over is easy; their friends are kind with good self control and their parents are comfortable supporting the children's independence. Areas that work for us, but might not be your choice: Food: There isn't a cafeteria, so you pack lunches every day. Also, there is a snack calendar and families take turns bringing assigned snacks. This is fruit, veg, grain, and protein snacks, and most parents bring awesome snacks that keep my kids coming back for seconds. Expect that cost once a month about... Maybe every other. Breaks: If you are familiar with Montessori, you know it has more time off than a typical daycare. This school does a good job of supporting the parents who need child care in addition to education, but it won't always match your work schedule. They do have a parent night out every month that is nice. Screens: There isn't screen time/computer time. We teach them these skills at home. The teachers have a device where they can post your child's photos/diaper changes like most places, but expect a once a day update. These might not even be done every day, because your kids are getting eye contact instead. I like this, but it was an adjustment. For us, the pros outweigh the cons.”

“I've been going here for years. I always find just the right gift here as well...if it isn't a gift certificate for services then it is a Barefoot Dreams product or a beautiful candle. My most recent facial was AMAZING...thank you, Jewel!”

“It was my first time going. Very secluded. Barely noticed it from the street. Once inside, it had an open atmosphere. Kitchen was kinda like a bar area. Able to look in and see what's going on. The actually bar was very nice. The food was good. And they took their time in showing me items that may interest me. I will be back...”

“This little book store is simply one of the best! I’ve been taking my children here since it opened and then moves to its current location. Don’t know what to buy!? Not sure how to get your child to live to read?! Then walk in and the owner will give you plenty of advice. She knows all of the books she carries. She will give you ideas for each child based on their interests. I love book stores, and this one is special. There isn’t an enormous collection but it is just right. She also carries wonderful toys. Perfect gift giving selections.”

“Well into my 2nd year of sessions; they're never easy, but the difference in how I feel is worth every minute of effort. My personal trainer, Kyle T, is an awesome motivator, and has crafted a well-planned program. The benefits of having a one-on-one session each week are invaluable; I was never a "gym/workout guy", but I actually plan my weekly schedule/travel around my Exercise Inc. sessions. I can't recommend this program enough!”
