High quality builders, the details, trust, and follow up are what lacks. We bought a beautiful condo we paid the market rate for. When buying a unit for $185/ft you have high expectations. The actual building and quality of the build and materials internally have been incredible. They have a great eye for design and their experience shows.

On the flip side the sidewalk was not done properly poured and ended up giving way within a year. They will be fixing them but did take a bit more than a nudge to do so. The sprinkler system was designed poorly and not well done and we the homeowners are already paying for it. The landscaping and the lawn were built on clay and something we are going to have to pay for. Finally the walls between the units and the sound were the worst I have experience, and in the sales process specially asked about. The A/C units and garage doors already breaking down within a year of purchase.

Michael has a good heart and a great person and would recommend working with him. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and cares a ton.

If we had to do it all over again I would have passed on the unit.
