With Fit Chicks you schedule an appointment so you are accountable to go workout at a specific time. “Love this box! Coaches are amazing, the people are supportive, and they have several convenient class times. Every workout is thoughtfully designed to go with the rest of the week and is published online at week start. It doesn't matter your fitness level, your size, your shape, or whether or not you know what the workouts mean. The coaches will walk you through the movements before the workout starts. And while it can be intimidating to walk into these types of gym, the members have nothing but love for new people. Each workout can be scaled to match your personal level of fitness.
