Not only was their national line helpful in getting me set up during the non-business hours I wanted to reserve a unit, but the location automatic kiosk worked flawlessly, including printing out my contract at my request. I accidentally left an item on the kiosk shelf, called during business hours to see if they found it, yes they had and they happily shipped it to me overnight. Helpful and thoughtful business. “This was my first storage usage experience. Phil and Lorin were ultra-professional and friendly at “hello!” I rented two units. The facility was extremely clean. The added convenience of the loading bay, being able to drive in and be secure inside the building was the best benefit. I often went to storage late and at dark and always felt safe. When I needed packing supplies, I received a crash course about the boxes and packaging the best way. Unmatched customer service is what was provided. I knew I mattered to them. I could call when I had questions and Phil and Lorin were always available and very thorough. I closed my rentals recently. If I ever needed to go this route again, Extra Space on 118th is where I would go. I highly recommend them for the superior service, the amazing facility, and the reasonable price for the units. “New property managers, super helpful and are real good about working around my schedule. All of their units are individually alarmed and you get free 24 hour access. They also work by appointment before hours and after We got to Fishers early and the manager got up early and let us in to sign lease. One of the cleanest properties ive ever seen. Two thumbs up!!”
