Like any developing neighborhood things are improving all the time... Wouldn't still be enjoying my space and apartment home if it wasn't top notch. “I recently visited Woodbury Ridge not sure what to expect. I was immediately amazed by the layout of the complex, the friendliness of other applicants, and the hard working staff. I met with Cara, who impressed in every aspect you could think of. She was extremely knowledgeable of all the different layouts and even though it was late in the day, made sure to take time answering all of my questions. Her tour made Woodbury Ridge quickly feel like home. Highly recommend anyone on the fence about moving to schedule a visit with the leasing team!”

“I have lived here for about a year now. Since the most recent office changes I have noticed a major turn around for the better. So I renewed my lease for another year. The new manager is a very nice guy. Extremely fare & understanding. Just like the rest of the staff here. This place has always been pet friendly. Even the compliance department at corporate has improved. There still kinda annoying and a bit nit picky but a night & day difference from my first experience with compliance. As far as the parking situation goes. They have only sent out out about 5 or 6 notices explaining the rules and warning people that the towing will be around to enforce the parking rules. So if you don't obey the rules do you really have a right to complain about it? For the money Casey Acres is the best bang for your buck. And far from a ghetto. 12 min from Carmel. Everything you need is close to here. Westfield is a fast growing area. Grand Park is 5 min away. No matter what apartment complex you live in not everyone will get along. Apartment living has always been that way and will continue to be that way.”
