“I placed an order for pick-up and the gentleman repeated the correct order back to me. We quickly picked up the pizza and made our way home asap as the baby was screaming his head off with his grandpa. My husband mentioned that every employee in the store had excellent customer service and worked enthusiastically. We got home and one of the pizzas was incorrect. I called the store and spoke with Miranda. She was very attentive and offered to either refund the pizza or have another pizza delivered. We opted for the latter, and even though we live outside of their delivery range, they ensured they'd have it delivered due to their mistake. The pizza arrived in less than a half hour. I tried to tip the driver, but he absolutely refused to take the tip because the mistake was Marco's. I had Marco's for the first time about 2 weeks ago and was extremely impressed by the taste of the pizza. It's been a very long time since I had had pizza that delicious. The customer service is the cherry on top. We'll definitely be regulars! You can rarely find great customer service anymore, but we did tonight.”
