“Initially, I was extremely nervous about using KeyMe. I called simply for a quote and ended up signing up for their services on the call. They charged my credit card while on the call before services were provided and informed me that I would hear from a technician within an hour of the phone call. About an hour passed and still no call from a tech. I just happened to be standing near my front door when the tech arrived, no warning. However, he was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. I am a person who likes to watch Youtube videos and try to get tasks done around the house on my own. I was able to switch out locks for some of the doors but not others due to not having the correct tools. The KeyMe technician was able to utilize the new hardware I had already purchased from a local hardware store and install it in the areas I could not replace. He even walked me through the different types of latches in the handles, which I found beneficial because I love learning new things. He was able to replace 2 locks in less than 30 minutes, one of them being a double-keyed deadbolt and the other having to shave down the door for one of the latches. I would definitely use KeyMe again, especially knowing now how their process works! I guess I just wish I would have gotten a heads up that the tech was on his way!”

“Absolutely amazing the mechanic was extremely informative and very knowledgeable on what the issue was on my t660 KW this man refused to leave till it was fixed correctly. I was very impressed with him, Loves truck stops shop pretty much told me it had to be fixed at the dealership but this dude came out with a mission, KW dealer told me they wouldn't be able to get to me till the following week and it sounded like a computer issue..... but this guy changed one sensor and did a force regen and now it's running like kid from his Scott master I highly recommend these guys to the fullest.”
