He was fixing and remodeling our 50 years old house more than one year. He knew from the beginning how to fix a lot of problems of our old house. They did inside and outside a big job: hardwood flooring, remodel kitchen storage and replaced drywall in a garage area. He replaced the rotten logs and recommended the new screen system and put it on a screen porch. He did new Siding outside, plus remodeling a column, windows. He painted inside and outside.
