“Always like visiting Lowes. I also appreciate the discount they provide former military and the Purple Heart parking spaces for those who were wounded in combat (of which, I am not one). Store is pretty logically setup and prices are competitive. Well lit, usually pretty clean, and shelves organized. Makes it easy to get in, grab what I need for a project, and move on. Yet, they are always welcoming for those days that I just want to wander around and dream about tools and projects.”

“Support your local business. They may not have everything like a big box store but they have most of what we need and the customer service is great. If you ask a plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting question... they typically have someone that has real world experience to help. AND they are honest in saying "we don't have what you need but I would head to this place to get what you need." Price may be a little higher but I know I'm willing to pay a bit versus driving in town to go to a bigger store. Gas alone in my truck will exceed me just going there to get what I need!”

Also I have to mention they are the best for garden vegetables as for some reason their plants grow and yield much better than the local big box and hardware stores year after year.
