They recommended a spot repair for now and monitor it for a couple of years. CJ and his team were able to get a permit, excavate, and fix the problem all within 24 hours. Now there is a good chance I’ll need to replace the whole main line down the road considering where I live, but the spot repair and his transparency is saving me thousands at the moment. With a kid on the way, there was just no way I could absorb the whole main line repair. The best thing you can do is be honest and transparent, especially when it comes to plumbing and dollars. We always try to buy local and use small businesses close to us when we can as long it makes financial sense. I would recommend that Isley & Sons do a small bit of comparison shopping with other available providers of the exact same service and see where they are in the pricing structure.
