“I've visited Maduro on Main many times now and am very impressed with their selection. The owner is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful but never pushy. My wife has also been in many times with me and on her own and says the owner has been really helpful with her, assisting her in finding me some great gifts over the last year. The smoking room is very nice and comfortable and I really love that the owner has a "Cigars for Warriors" program where patrons can buy and donate cigars for deployed troops and he sends them periodically throughout the year. This place is a great addition to downtown Fortville. Highly recommend checking it out.”

“I reached out to Jenny back in September with a bit of a crunch to order custom shirts for a large bushcraft event that I host in October. It was getting close enough to the event that I was nervous any vendor would be able to help due to supply shortages and the window of time that I needed the shirts done in. Jenny took on the order and offered helpful suggestions when one of the colors I wanted to get was nowhere to be found. We ended up settling on a color I liked more, once I saw the final product. She was friendly, professional and courteous at every turn and gave us a better result than I ever would have expected. The shirts turned out beautiful and are some of the most comfortable t-shirts I've had. We heard several attendees at our event commenting on the comfort and quality of the shirts and asked about brand and who the printer was. Jenny, and The Best Feeling Shirt Co. have gained a customer for life and I can't reccomend them enough!”

“I utilize this location a lot and I usually have a great experience. ( I just had my A/C recharged last week at this location.) I had my alternator replaced this week and was quoted $350 by one of the managers, Scott. During our phone conversations, Scott was professional and very patient with me. (I had a million questions! Lol) Once I picked up my car, I was told that my total was $705. This was a shock as I was told that the repair would cost about $350. Scott began to explain that the price that he quoted me did not include labor. I restated that I was told that the repair would cost $350 and if that price changed at anytime, I should have been informed. He honored the $350 price and I left. I do appreciate Scott honoring the price he quoted originally, but I personally won’t be returning to this location due to this experience. I would advise getting a written quote if possible to avoid the mishap that I experienced, but overall, I usually received quality service at this location.”
