The place that I had last used was closed and I hadn't been all the impressed by his service anyhow. so I found this place online and ran right over with my broken phone! A very nice young man by the name of Jay met me at the counter and assured me that he would have me fixed up and back in business in no time! he quickly provided a comparable Samsung phone at a very reasonable cost and set it all up in about 15 to 20 minutes! He has since provided a full repair on my old phone and it is back in service. Jay gave genuine assistance and very knowledgeable service... on top of that, he is just plain a nice guy...
