I was trying to finish my garden path and needed more bags of pea gravel. The open sign was on, but they were locking the door and the garage and gate had been closed. Everyone was ready to vacate the building and after working for 44 years, I could certainly relate. They opened the garage for me to drive through and they loaded the 7 bags of pea gravel in my car. Everyone from the man at the door, the cash register, and the men who loaded the gravel did it cheerfully so I didn't feel like I had slowed them down from getting home and enjoying their holiday weekend.
