“I was very skeptical about an exercise program that was 20 minutes a week. You are assigned a fitness coach who records your results, makes weekly adjustments, and is there to make sure you work out safely and use proper form. Your coach is also there for encouragement! As I have gotten older, I have found that even simple chores could leave me in pain. I quickly noticed that I don't have back and shoulder pain after doing yard chores any more. I know that I have strengthened muscles in my hips and knees as well. I am a believer in this very controlled and steady exercise program.”

“FINALLY!!!! A shop where you can walk in, sit down, and get your hair cut by the same person....time after time. I don't need a complicated haircut, but I hated going to all the chains....which apparently can't keep any employee for longer than a month....and having to explain what I want...and then getting something different. Everyday Joe's is the exact opposite. I started getting my hair cut by Taylor last year. Now I simply go in, sit down and get it cut. She just confirms what I want just in case I changed my mind. They are always quick, friendly and consistent. Get your hair cut here....make an appointment....and TIP WELL!!! We want these folks to stay where they are at.”
