Now they do price match some places, and that gives you the best of both worlds, but they are fairly strict about what places. Reasonably so. I just wish they would be competitive to start. Unfortunately it's hard competing with online or stores that are more diversified in their product line.”

Apple support told me I needed a new battery for my iphone, but after they wouldn't tell me how much that would cost and them insisting that I could "see for myself" that I needed a new battery using a feature my phone doesn't even have, it seemed sketchy and like they didn't know what they were talking about. Luckily I found this place! They confirmed in a few minutes that it was the battery and were able to replace it within two hours on the same day, for, as it turns out, half the price of what Apple would have charged (and no extra installation fee). My phone works great now. Thanks!”
