  Always get great service going to Champion Chevrolet of Avon. It is conveniently located right off Rockville Road and easy to get in and out. They have a concierge service where a very nice older gentleman will take me home after I drop my car off or they provide me with a loaner so I can still get to work. They call me by name which I appreciate being in the service industry.

  From start to finish my experience at Champion Chevy was outstanding. I was in a tough financial spot, but the sales team, financing, and even front desk/reception went above and beyond to help me get to a better situation. They were all very honest and kind with me, and everyone seemed so happy!
  Steve Green was very up front and did everything to help me out, Aaron Glaze was kind and went above and beyond to get me the right deal, and Cindy even drove back to the dealership after hours to help process my payment.
  Will definitely come back for any auto needs, and will refer my friends to them - they’re in good hands.

  Patrick was very helpful and really went to bat for us. He helped us from beginning to end and kept us informed every step of the way. The process was very smooth. Patrick also took over dealing with the warranty company and made the experience a positive one overall. We will definitely use Champion and Patrick in the future!

  Good experience. Only problem that I had and still have.... I called in advance to make sure a specific car had ALL the features I wanted. Features that I wanted and asked for included auto tailgate lift. I also asked for full itemized cost for the same vehicle. I got all features I wanted minus tailgate lift and the full price was not offered. Adjustment made in cost since I was given a misquoted amount but I was so tired that I forgot to address the tailgate lift issue. I still bought the car but every time I have to manually lift that tailgate I remember that one negative experience. Wish my salesperson had addressed that with his boss and wish I had remembered to bring it up. I live a full hour away from this dealership on a heavy traffic day. That was the reason for calling in advance. For that reason alone I cannot give them a perfect score. Other than the above they probably would have. God bless all! :-)

  Although they didn't have the exact vehicle I was looking for, Cari, went above and beyond to try and locate a vehicle and get it into the dealership at the best price possible.
  
  I eventually found a truck out of state, however, they couldn't match the price, as the vehicle was on clearance. But, both Cari and the sales manager where VERY honest about that and did not try and play any games to get to me to buy with them; or offer something they couldn't provide.
  
  I would shop with Cari in the future for any vehicle I was looking to buy, as she was honest and upfront... Something that, at times, seems to be rare in the car buying business...
  
  The dealership appears to be well maintained and well run, from my experience...
