It was delivered by two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen, whom also hauled the old unit away at no charge. Upon hooking it up ourselves, we damaged a plastic piece of the hose connector and we were unable to hook it up. Called Big John's back, they wasted no time in coming back out, completely repaired the unit for us at NO CHARGE and hooked everything up properly. I'd give a 10 star review if I could. Now they do price match some places, and that gives you the best of both worlds, but they are fairly strict about what places. Reasonably so. I just wish they would be competitive to start. “It has been a few months, and I am still loving my new king size BMC mattress. It was a really good price compared to the competitors prices. It is a comfy bed and it helps me sleep a lot better. when we went to view the beds in the warehouse, the woman that showed us around was very friendly and helpful. She was more than happy to show us around and answer all of our questions about the different mattresses. She even let us sit and lay on the beds to make sure that we liked it before we bought it. the delivery was prompt, in the delivery guys were even more prompt and professional. They very easily maneuvered the king size bed up into my upstairs Loft and put it in my bedroom for me. I would recommend BMC mattress to anybody. Thank you for making my sleep come easier, and helping me wake up feeling more rested. I don't have as much of a pain in my legs or back when I wake up. I appreciate you guys !”
