Brownsburg muffler and service was able to get it in and out in a timely manner even with a complication with a part I provided. I almost always do my own work and use a shop as a last resort if I can’t do it myself. Brownsburg muffler and service is definitely a shop I’ll be using in the future if needed. Price was very reasonable as well for the work done. Also very knowledgeable as another shop (ralph’s muffler in Avon) denied me of service stating it couldn’t be done without removing the exhaust manifolds; however, brownsburg muffler and service was able to get it done no problem.”

“I utilize this location a lot and I usually have a great experience. ( I just had my A/C recharged last week at this location.) I had my alternator replaced this week and was quoted $350 by one of the managers, Scott. During our phone conversations, Scott was professional and very patient with me. (I had a million questions! Lol) Once I picked up my car, I was told that my total was $705. This was a shock as I was told that the repair would cost about $350. Scott began to explain that the price that he quoted me did not include labor. I restated that I was told that the repair would cost $350 and if that price changed at anytime, I should have been informed. He honored the $350 price and I left. I do appreciate Scott honoring the price he quoted originally, but I personally won’t be returning to this location due to this experience. I would advise getting a written quote if possible to avoid the mishap that I experienced, but overall, I usually received quality service at this location.”

“Didn't know where to go for lunch. Thought about Portillos. Thought about Longhorn (didn't see many people there), but kept going. Saw Applebees and haven't had that in awhile. Not many cars in the parking lot (sounds good!). Came in and went to the bar. Waited a couple minutes and was greeted by Davona. She was sweet and kept up with drinks (water and tea). Looked through then menu and decided on the Four-Cheese Mac &Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders. Glad I went with that. Sweet, cheesy and a little on the salty side and the chicken was perfect. So delicious! Also came with a bread stick and surprisingly that was good and well seasoned. For the price, it was worth it! Will be back! Also, I can watch Cubs game here! Of course there was a rain delay for them today.”
