“We get all of our dogs vaccinations here. The prices are very reasonable. They have licensed veterinarians who give the shots and check the dogs, or cats briefly, so that they aren't vaccinating a sick animal. My only word of caution is that our one dog ended up getting a rabies vaccine when he did not need it. This was because the form we filled out was a little confusing. We learned a valuable lesson to make sure before we sign the form, and fortunately the extra vaccine caused no harm.”

“I took my miniature dachshund in to see Dr. Duckett several days ago. The doctor met me with a glowing smile. He answered all of my questions very quick and explained things to me in a way I could understand. He was very professional and I felt he truly cared about the wellbeing of my dog. I wish all vets were as professional and caring as this doctor. I will be back to see him for sure and I’ve also made several attempts to reach him via Facebook messenger. “We have an English Bulldog who needs LOTS of special attention. We decided Banfield was a great idea with a convenient location but must admit, we are not typically too keen on the idea of "Corporate" doctors, dentists or vet offices, so we weren't really expecting much. When we took Rey (our dog) in they were wonderful with her! And, even more importantly, with us! Dr. Winnett was very informative and took lots of time with us. We were the last patient of the day and they could have rushed us out but he (and his assistant) were great with our questions and our concerns. We have two other dogs and will likely be taking them there as well. Since our first visit, I have had to contact them for receipts and other information after the fact, which can be a pain in the butt, however, we were not made to feel like a bother and, as a dental office manager, myself, I see customer service going by the wayside all too often. Jean was very pleasant at the front desk when I called to request this information and no one seemed like we were putting them out or being an inconvenience. Seems like a great team! Don't let the "corporate" world ruin what is supposed to be a great service you are providing to people and their beloved fur-babies (or fur-less in the case of our bulldog who has alopecia). Thanks for a job well done as we can see it so far!”
