“We had to accomplish multiple tasks here, the Indiana BMV website is too cluttered to be useful for uncommon occurrences. Probably best to call ahead and describe what you need to do so you can bring your 15 pieces of paperwork. Eat a good meal before you go in, it will help you, trust me. The regulations and new rule changes are making things ridiculous, when all people are literally trying to do is get into good graces so we can take care of business and pay our taxes. Why make it so complicated someone about has to use a nonprofit? The branch manager is extremely knowledgeable and patient, this location is lucky to have her! Thank you so much!”
