“We've been using Bob & Sons Insurance for over five years. Bob has been such a blessing to my business, and over the years of dealing with him I now consider him not just a "partner" to my company, but also a friend. He has always been open and honest, and in some situations even NOT added certain coverages if he doesn't believe we need them. You never know what type of insurance you have until you need it. Unfortunately we did need them once a couple years ago. We had a $34k claim filed against us for soot damage. We were cleared of all responsibility, and it was actually proven that it was not our fault and we received an apology from the plaintiff. BUT, without Bob & Sons on my side this would have been a complete nightmare for me, since we'd never been involved in a lawsuit. From my first call to Bob & Sons, they assured me they had my back no matter what, and boy did they ever. I had such a peace of mind throughout the whole process. In the past two years we have actually added all of our vehicles to our policy, even though Bob is a state away and we had a standing relationship with our local insurance agency. “I love coming here with my friends and family I love the lazy river a lot. However, I just wish they would play more appropriate music. The last time I was there the last time I was there they were playing really bad music that really should not have been playing with kids around. Descriptive sexual things and drugs and stuff. And it was loud too. Like someone else had just switched control of the speaker. Most likely a teenager, since almost all of the staff there are teens. I talked to someone about it and she said she would take care of it but the music still continued loudly. The lifegaurds on the slide have also been really ill-mannered to people. Regardless, I had a lot of fun. The concessions staff were very friendly and helpful.”
