“We've been using Bob & Sons Insurance for over five years. Bob has been such a blessing to my business, and over the years of dealing with him I now consider him not just a "partner" to my company, but also a friend. He has always been open and honest, and in some situations even NOT added certain coverages if he doesn't believe we need them. You never know what type of insurance you have until you need it. Unfortunately we did need them once a couple years ago. We had a $34k claim filed against us for soot damage. We were cleared of all responsibility, and it was actually proven that it was not our fault and we received an apology from the plaintiff.
