“Johnson Heating initially came out to perform a repair on my 20 year old furnace. They repaired the system but took the time to step me through why I needed to consider a new system. This built initial trust with me. I asked for someone to come and quote a new system. When this gentlemen arrived he was patient, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. It did NOT seem to be a sales call, but rather trying to do what is best for the customer. Their price was very fair. When we gave them the go ahead, they were here installing it the same week, right on time. The installation crew was professional, friendly and excellent to work with. They were very conscientious about maintaining a clean workspace. About a week after installation and after we paid them, we received a check in the mail refunding our repair that they had performed. Every aspect of this experience was top notch.”

“We paid $50 for Benjamin Franklin to show up late and tell us that we needed an entire re-piping and a septic pump. The septic guy said our tank was fine, so we got a second opinion on the piping. We called Kellie and their guys showed up about 30 minutes after hanging up. They fixed the clog in less than 20 minutes and charged a modest rate. I will always go to them first from here on out. Great service and great response time.”
