This place is awesome if you're trying to get your life in order. I recommend this Job Corps to anyone 16-24. You will not be disappointed when you come here. (December 18, 2018, 5:26 am)As a single mom of 3, I decided to enroll in Job Corps at the age of 22. I signed up and went through this process of getting accepted without telling anyone. Once I was accepted, I chose to go out of state because I didn’t want to run home every time I missed my children, got home sick, or discouraged. Thank God I had an great support system (my family)!!! So, in March of 2003 I joined Atterbury Job Corps and by September I had received my GED and completed my trade in Telecommunications/ Cable Networking!! Although, I went AWOL and was on the verge of being put out numerous of times, they always excepted me back????????. So, I am forever grateful for the Job Corps program, because of the program I have a degree in Child Development and a few other accomplishments. Also,I got to have fun, meet different people, and experience different things all while better myself and remaining focus on my reason for being there (my children)....
Job Corps is what you make it and if you stay focus, you’ll be in and out!!
