“When we called our furnace blower had stopped working. Techs came same day to inspect. Showed me the repair options and prices and suggested a new furnace would be better than investing in a 20 year old unit. Prices were up front and communicated clearly. They came back the next day and installed the new furnace. Service techs were professional and courteous. Cleaned up after themselves and completed the new furnace install with no issues. I would recommend Complete Comfort to others.”

“Guys were friendly but charged more for labor than advertised rates. Showed up at 8:50 was gone by 12:50 and charged $495 for labor. The bill was $5 over the quote but charged the quoted price but it seems like it should have been less seeing as he advertises $125 first hour and $85 hour after. I ended up paying $123.75 an hour. They did good work. I had a question after they left and he did return my call promptly. Would use again but would get clarity on labor cost first.”
