Excellent service. Diagnosed & repaired my issues the same day. On separate occasions within the hour visiting hour; both during walk-in appointments. Top notch service. Joe was excellent. I recommend this place for your cadillac, GM service. 5 stars for Rafael as well.

The folks at Fields Cadillac are the best. I recently had a minor issue with a vehicle I bought from them. I was really impressed by their willingness to help and how quickly the problem was able to be solved. I can’t say enough good things about the whole Fields team. The communication was great, the pricing was more than fair, and the turnaround time was lighting quick. Customer for life!

The service writer Joesph, was great. Everything was ready from the time I arrived to initiate service. Jason the technician did an excellent job on all the tasks. Bob and Zach in the parts department are wonderful. Chose Fields Cadillac of Saint Augustine because from the point of contact until service completed everyone was professional, accommodating, friendly, without a big dealership corporate feel. More of a personal, down home feel. Will continue to bring my business to Fields Cadillac of Saint Augustine.

Ted is absolutely wonderful! After 2 days of car shopping we were ready to just call it quits. The no pressure, family style atmosphere helped to put us at ease. I was treated right with Bob and Alexa. As Bob was busy at the time he had kindly asked Alexa to show me what I wanted to see. I felt like I was at home around family. Alexa was really helpful and knowledgeable. She had helped me, FINALLY, pick a car that I want to settle with for a long time. Bobs hospitality helped me feel at home and comfortable to do business with him. I am so grateful for everything that Fields Cadaillac Saint Augustine has done for me thus far!! Was recently a victim of the Covid and was laid off. On my second day off, my glasses frame broke. I took it into South Grove hoping they could fix it as I no longer have insurance. Unfortunately, they could not be fixed. I explained my situation and the person I was talking to who conferred with another tech ( apologize I can't remember their names) and offered to replace my frame with one they had on hand that was the same style at no cost. I was very appreciative of the offer and accepted. They had to do some minor shaving of the lens to get it to fit and when I went to pick them up the next day, Barbara came out and said they would also replace my scratched lens at no charge. Needless to say this was way beyond my expectations and very, very much appreciated. South Grove and their people have a customer for life, thank you all.

Doctor Hoffman saw me and my little brother today. She was so patient with my little brother. She was the best doctor. Everyone in the office was so nice to us. Everyone should go to them for there eyes

The optometrist is amazing. Unfortunately, their selection of glasses has started to become way over priced and their selection has gotten smaller.

Had a great experience here. I needed to be seen right away because I had something in my eye and couldn't wear my contacts. I called early and they said, "come over right away". They were so very nice and professional. The place is beautiful, clean and bright. I was taken in immediately. And Dr. Harvey was great. She took great care of my eyes and my contacts.
I would highly recommend this office to everyone.
