“Ed the local small business owner is what we need more people to be like. I met him today while working "South of Chicago" Pizza. They have always made one of the best deep dish pizzas around. I love knowing that I am spending my money at a place locally owned. On top of that, some of the best overall top quality pizzas, breadsticks and so many other items are served up here. As a small business owner myself, I understand how hard it is to pay rent, taxes, maintenance and then operating costs. Trust me; it's hard and even though there is a misconception that you are rich--your not.
