“Amazing product and hours of fun! I was extremely pleased to consult with Pachinko Boy. Very friendly and helpful owner! I was looking for a vintage option for my husband as he had wanted one for a very long time. There are all kinds of places with old and new machines but this place caught my eye. Pachinko Boy was able to go over their inventory with me and pick the best machine as a Christmas present for my husband. There is a short waitlist and part set- up but it is all worth it! “Was recently a victim of the Covid and was laid off. On my second day off, my glasses frame broke. I took it into South Grove hoping they could fix it as I no longer have insurance. Unfortunately, they could not be fixed. I explained my situation and the person I was talking to who conferred with another tech ( apologize I can't remember their names) and offered to replace my frame with one they had on hand that was the same style at no cost. I was very appreciative of the offer and accepted. They had to do some minor shaving of the lens to get it to fit and when I went to pick them up the next day, Barbara came out and said they would also replace my scratched lens at no charge. Needless to say this was way beyond my expectations and very, very much appreciated. South Grove and their people have a customer for life, thank you all.”

“20OCT.2021 Nice to have a DG in Eastville instead of having to drive to Cape Charles. I know it was a fight to get the store in this spot. Keep the place functioning properly so this area can keep something nice. The store is still in the process of getting properly fitted(fixtures shelves and products)for the customers. “Ed the local small business owner is what we need more people to be like. I met him today while working "South of Chicago" Pizza. They have always made one of the best deep dish pizzas around. I love knowing that I am spending my money at a place locally owned. On top of that, some of the best overall top quality pizzas, breadsticks and so many other items are served up here. As a small business owner myself, I understand how hard it is to pay rent, taxes, maintenance and then operating costs. Trust me; it's hard and even though there is a misconception that you are rich--your not. I am very appreciative when I see owners working in there own establishments and showing customer appreciation. We know it's the customer that helps us get better. I assure you that if Ed was aware that something wasn't right and you were unhappy, he would do whatever possible to make it right. Some just will never provide the chance before they slam a business with a bad review. I will guide and recommend to all who follow my reviews to please when your in this area; give this place a try because you'll be shocked at the awesome pizza being served up here.
