“Was recently a victim of the Covid and was laid off. On my second day off, my glasses frame broke. I took it into South Grove hoping they could fix it as I no longer have insurance. Unfortunately, they could not be fixed. I explained my situation and the person I was talking to who conferred with another tech ( apologize I can't remember their names) and offered to replace my frame with one they had on hand that was the same style at no cost. I was very appreciative of the offer and accepted. They had to do some minor shaving of the lens to get it to fit and when I went to pick them up the next day, Barbara came out and said they would also replace my scratched lens at no charge. Needless to say this was way beyond my expectations and very, very much appreciated. South Grove and their people have a customer for life, thank you all.”

My son’s car had a major oil and coolant leak that limped into their shop mid Friday afternoon. They were able to diagnosis the issues quickly, provided an accurate description of the causes (with pictures), and estimate the cost of the repairs which I believe were fair and reasonable. Best of all they were able to repair the car before the end of day even though I express I was willing to wait until the following week since they had to secure the repair parts. I will continue to do business with Christian Brothers and will highly recommend them to my family, Friends, and colleagues.”

“Chris is First Rate professional. Great communication and got the job done right the first time. Had a 22" Lincoln Navigator Rim with corrosion that was previously taken to Discount Tire in Greenwood 4 separate times for the same rim seal repair. We would air the tire every 2 days in-between the repairs. Since the one day turnaround, Farrar Wheel Repair texted right when the wheel was finished. It has been day 5 and 0 leak!! Not one lb.... I will work to let Discount know they should send customers to Farrar Wheel Repair when they can not fix the rim leak.”

“Very helpful shop! The pricing is fair, they fixed my Jeep Cherokee and I never had to bring it back again. Their work is guaranteed. Eric fixed my Jeep and was very friendly.
