“Was recently a victim of the Covid and was laid off. On my second day off, my glasses frame broke. I took it into South Grove hoping they could fix it as I no longer have insurance. Unfortunately, they could not be fixed. I explained my situation and the person I was talking to who conferred with another tech ( apologize I can't remember their names) and offered to replace my frame with one they had on hand that was the same style at no cost. I was very appreciative of the offer and accepted. They had to do some minor shaving of the lens to get it to fit and when I went to pick them up the next day, Barbara came out and said they would also replace my scratched lens at no charge. Needless to say this was way beyond my expectations and very, very much appreciated. South Grove and their people have a customer for life, thank you all.”

“You just can't find doctors like Dr. Kids anymore. I love that he showed up to the hospital the day after I had both of my boys to check on them. He is the best of the best. He won't unnecessarily give your kids medicine which is rare in today's society. He has been practicing for a long time so you can take his word if he says not to worry about something or if it's something that needs to be looked into more. I am dreading the day that he decides to retire.”

Keep the place functioning properly so this area can keep something nice. The store is still in the process of getting properly fitted(fixtures shelves and products)for the customers. Excuse the spelling on the sign on the register. The mgr “Appriciates” appreciates you comment about the customer service online. Always nice to have a nice clean new DG. “Anyone needing a new roof - we highly recommend John Peters Roofing! They put a complete new roof on our house last year. They worked closely with us and our insurance company and we could not have gotten a better job, service, cooperation, clean-up, workmanship, etc. Initially our insurance company sent out someone to “inspect” the roof. He only looked at 2 places near the gutter line. Their initial response was they would replace those 2 places! We told them that was unacceptable! They said if our roofing company would come out, get on the roof with a cell phone and do a face-time call with them, and show them the damage all over the roof, we would get an entire new roof. Mr. Peters and company did just that! They replaced the gutters, recommended a change in the way the gutters on the dormers flowed, reducing the risk of water damaging the wood. All calls, questions, or concerns over the last year (which there have only been a couple) have been responded to quickly! We’ve been here for 34 years and worked with many vendors, John Peters Roofing is one of the best we have worked with!”
