Bought a property a few months ago that I had planned on keeping for a few years, but another opportunity came along and I had to move it. Didn’t want to lose money though and that’s hard to do, but Scott worked it out with the buyer and I and it’s sold.

Scott was great to work with. Any questions or concerns were always answered quickly and I never felt as if I was bothering him. When small issues came up with the selling of my home. I never felt pressured in any way to handle the issue a certain way. I always felt Scott's opinions to be honest and what he felt was in the best interest of me when selling my home. He was great to work with and I appreciated his effort from the beginning to end. I would use The Gingerich Group again and recommend Scott to anyone looking to sell or purchase property.

These people are amazing. They really put you first when it comes to finding and purchasing a home. Scott Gingerich from The Gingerich Group is one of the best realtors out there. Not all realtors have a mind for details, regulations, and a caring for the needs of sellers, but especially buyers and Scott definitely gets 5 Stars for this! Trust me: You don't want to know after taking possession that your buying agent was just showing you homes for a commission and wasn't showing you homes best suited for your needs.
