LaGrange Family Dentistry

The building is awesome and the staff was very welcoming. My tech did a great job of cleaning my teeth. My only concerns were that I wasn’t asked if I want x-rays and the full head x-rays wasn’t explained to me why we were doing that. Also, when it came time to pay , in the past it was run through my insurance and I was billed the remaining amount that the insurance didn’t pay. This time she had us pay what we thought the insurance wouldn’t cover and I really had no idea what they payed.

Kirsten did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, she even used a laser to disinfect my gums! Sherry stopped by during my cleaning to make sure i was comfortable. Dr. Bontrager was very thorough in her exam. Also, Dr. Johnson was amazing with my 2 year old daughter!

These people are amazing. Just the simple human decency was enough for me but they really go above and beyond to make you feel heard and understood. Too many dentists want to tell you what you're doing wrong instead of help you fix the problem. I will never go to another.

This was the absolute BEST experience I’ve ever had at a dentist visit! Sherry was AMAZING and Dr. Johnson totally ROCKS!! I have delayed seeing my current dentist because he really doesn’t listen. I’m a registered nurse so I understand what it is to serve others. They took their time. Heard my concerns and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Greeted my with an offering of coffee with sweet creamer or a water! What dentist does that??? When I was preparing to leave, I was given a darling spill-proof drink cup These people made me feel better than my own family! I’m actually looking forward to future visits ❤️

Had a wonderful experience getting my teeth cleaned by Carrissa! Dr. Johnson for giving lots of information over oral health while on braces. Sherry for calming my nerves, Katy for complimenting my hair! And meeting Kirsten another wonderful hygienist! Really recommend this office to everyone! 🎉
