“Today is labor day and last night my car overheated. This morning I got up early to take my car to the usual spot I use, it was closed of course so I called around to every shop that popped up on Google near me and no one was open. Then I called Perez, he answered the phone and asked me to describe what my car was doing then told me to bring it in and he'd meet me there in 20 min. After doing diagnosis he found it was my radiator and said he could fix it today I was appreciative. Come to find out he was only coming up here to pick up his meds he'd left at the shop and when I called he decided to help me out even though he wasn't going to be open today.NOW THATS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
