(November 14, 2018, 8:56 am)This place was great even when I had an issue with one of their pumps. The pump malfunctioned and kept running up charges even though I had stopped pumping gas. I told the staff who took down my number and said they would give it to the manager. They never did unfortunately so I think they should be trained a little better on this. I did however send an email to BP about the situation and the manager did contact me. He did not argue about this issue at all and said he would refund the amount of money that the pump went over. He admitted to the malfunction and refunded the money without any protest or argument.
(December 28, 2017, 3:07 pm)Literally the best gas station/rest stop I’ve ever been to. There’s a massive mini-mart, clean bathrooms, vending machines, a full-scale diner, extensive semi truck bays, plenty of normal vehicle bays, a plentiful parking lot (not pictured, but it exists), a Taco Bell/Pizza Hut combo, a Verizon retailer, amongst other things. It also has cool steel city related decorations throughout, and friendly workers. Beyond that, they have armed security guards onsite in order to keep the peace. Last, but definitely not least, their prices are comparable to the nearby speedway! Would definitely recommend!!

(July 24, 2015, 8:46 pm)I am disabled, they have plenty of parking for the disabled. They have a nice clean environment to walk around in. The restaurant are clean, the restrooms are clean.
The service at the counter to get your gas is a little slow but that's because they have a lot of pumps.
But,overall its a great place to stop for gas and food
