Each step of the process held the same high level of service from Amy and Cathy in the Office to Josh and Cooper on the installation of the Windows. After each visit, I would then contact Better Business Breau and Google to review each company to see their BBB or Goggle Rating and any comments from previous customers. I also reviewed Consumer Reports where Premier Windows was one of the companies listed that carried the Preservation Window Series with an overall replacement window score of (93). I was impressed from the introduction meeting to the finalization of the contract. While reviewing several companies, in comparison Premier Windows stood above the rest. I learned a lot when shopping for Replacement Windows and involved time, patience, and the willingness to do the research. “Today my CO2 detectors were going off. Called NIPSCO and they said to dial 911 which I did. There was a St John fire truck at my house within two minutes. Turned out to be a problem with my detectors but the guys that showed up were awesome! They checked for CO2 and made sure everything was good. Way to go St John FD! They were patient and understanding. Happy to live here. Thanks guys!”
