After each visit, I would then contact Better Business Breau and Google to review each company to see their BBB or Goggle Rating and any comments from previous customers. I also reviewed Consumer Reports where Premier Windows was one of the companies listed that carried the Preservation Window Series with an overall replacement window score of (93). I was impressed from the introduction meeting to the finalization of the contract. While reviewing several companies, in comparison Premier Windows stood above the rest. Instead he was honest and told me he could replace some shingles and I could get 3 more years out of my roof. His company did an exceptional job on the repairs which included replacing some loose shingles and putting on a piece of fascia. “My experience with Kassandra was awesome! She was friendly and professional from the very beginning and she handled the whole project from start to finish making things very easy for me. There were a few tough obstacles in my project. My insurance company wasn't very cooperative and the actual installation happened while me and my family were on vacation. Kassandra was there to follow up and handle it all. When I met her, I didn't even know I needed a new roof because the hail storm happened when I was out of town and the damage wasn't apparent to someone that doesn't know what they are looking for. Fast forward to today. I have a beautiful brand new roof and my out of pocket cost was very minimal. Maybe my best experience ever with any kind of home remodeling contractors. “Oh my! Violent storm and tennis ball size hail? Oh yea that's us. Who do you call? Ghost Busters? NOT! No help there. We called Roger's Roofing after receiving a word-of-mouth referral from someone we know. John Rogers came to our house and we were instantly pleased because he was very pleasant and qualified to answer all our questions to our satisfaction. We discussed the damages and what our options could be as to the roofing and siding type and styles because all would have to be replaced. A large expense but something that had to be repaired and replacement was the only option. Except for delays due to weather the work was performed on the dates scheduled and the work was done in less time that we thought it would take. We had two work crews with the first being the roofing replacement followed by the siding on a following scheduled week. We were impressed with both work crews because they worked like the "Energizer Bunny". They simply did not stop and they did very good work. The final result is that we are very pleased with our having chosen Rogers Roofing and we recommend this business without any reservations.”

“The company guys were very straightforward and honest. It was scheduled for one day but they got a late start due to a previous job. As soon as they got to the house they reviewed the job and told me it would be a bigger job than what time they had left in the day but that they would be back to finish the next day. They worked efficiently and were very polite. The product / service wasnt the cheapest option but not the most expensive either and it seems to be good quality and it was good service. Overall I am happy with the product and service and would / have recommended them to others as a result of my experience.”
