I've been working for this company for about 4 months and yes there have been some difficult times as an O/O to decide what is best for your company. Maybe that involves DH over 300 miles or sitting for one day, but overall it's your decision, but also you have to know how to run a business and be business-minded because at the end of the day no one tells you how to run your business. I like the fact you have control over your own business and no one looking over your shoulder. I met the new president of the company( Dave) down to earth person and we set down and talked about the new plans that are getting rolled out and I was pleased with what they are. Also my dispatcher Max goes out of his way and makes sure you are getting the best loads for your truck we work well with each other and are pleased to do business with him. The only thing that is not a big issue, is that others may feel a certain way about having more available trailer preferences as lease purchasers, if we are paying for a weekly rate then it should be more options available for O/O. Furthermore, I am thankful for the position that I am in and God bless!”
